Hi friends! We’re looking for someone incredibly special to join our family — a warm, dependable, and proactive nanny/household executive who can support our home and care for our three kids (ages 12, 9, and 7)… and who isn’t phased by two energetic dogs and a snuggly cat. If someone comes to mind, we’d love an introduction.

We’re an energetic, very active family that values kindness, connection, creativity, and structure. Our home is full of laughter, big ideas, and intentional rhythms. We run a fast-paced, multimillion-dollar real estate business, but our greatest success is the story we’re writing inside our home.

You are calm in chaos and kind in correction. You delight in children and find joy in creating structure that feels both safe and warm. You’re dependable, thoughtful, and organized. You move through your day with intention — whether prepping a meal, folding laundry, or sitting on the floor building a puzzle with the kids.

You recognize that details are the difference between good and great. You understand how powerful it is to be part of a child’s daily narrative — helping shape the way they see themselves and the world. You’re confident managing the logistics of a household and caring for kids, but you also know that the real magic is in the small, consistent moments of care and connection.

Most importantly: you understand that every family is living a story — and you feel called to help make that story stronger, smoother, and more beautiful.

What the Role Includes
- Childcare: Supporting our three kids in the afternoons and some morning hours (especially in summer), helping them with activities, play, routines, and transitions.
- Household Support: Light cleaning, family laundry, kitchen cleanup, prepping dinners, managing schedules, and running errands.
- Hours: Flexible, but no fewer than 20 hours/week — likely a mix of afternoons, early evenings, and daytime hours based on availability.
- Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with room to grow. Health insurance is offered.
- Extras: We have a regular housekeeper, so this is light daily upkeep, not deep cleaning. We care deeply about communication, boundaries, and mutual respect — for your life and ours.
